Professional Membership Terms

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These terms apply in addition to Laterhood's general Terms where you register as a Professional member.

Professional membership allows eligible professionals or businesses to create a profile and promote relevant services through the Laterhood directory.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your profile is accurate, current and not misleading.

Where your profession or services require qualifications, registration, licences, insurance, regulatory approval or professional memberships, you are responsible for maintaining them.

Unless Laterhood expressly states otherwise, Laterhood does not verify, certify or endorse Professional members.

You must not claim or imply that Laterhood has approved, accredited or recommended you merely because you have a directory listing.

You must not use your profile to advertise unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or inappropriate services.

Any contract for services is between the Professional and the customer. Laterhood is not a party to that contract and does not receive responsibility for the Professional's work merely by providing the directory or enquiry facilities.

Professional members are responsible for their own fees, tax obligations, insurance, regulatory requirements, client relationships and professional conduct.

Where Laterhood sends an enquiry from a member to you, you must use the individual's information only for appropriate purposes connected with that enquiry and in accordance with applicable data protection and marketing law.

Laterhood may remove or suspend a listing where there is reasonable evidence of misleading information, unlawful activity, serious complaints, misuse of the service, non-payment or breach of these Terms.

Professional membership fees and renewal periods will be shown before purchase.
