You can stop the automatic renewal of a paid Laterhood membership using the cancellation facilities provided in your account or by contacting hello@laterhood.com.

After cancelling renewal, your membership will normally remain active until the end of the period already paid for.

14-day cancellation right

If you are a UK consumer purchasing a Laterhood membership online, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract without giving a reason.

Current government guidance confirms a 14-day cancellation period for applicable distance contracts and requires businesses to explain cancellation rights.

To cancel during the statutory cancellation period, contact:

hello@laterhood.com

and state clearly that you wish to cancel your Laterhood membership.

You do not have to use any particular wording.

If you expressly request that a paid service begins during the cancellation period, any statutory rules concerning payment for services supplied before cancellation will apply.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Renewals

Recurring memberships renew according to the monthly or annual billing interval selected at purchase unless cancelled.

We recommend cancelling before the next renewal date if you do not want another payment to be taken.

Refunds outside statutory rights

Outside applicable statutory cancellation rights, membership fees already paid are normally non-refundable simply because you decide not to use the service for the remainder of the billing period.

This does not affect rights you may have where the service is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet rights provided by consumer law.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method.

Processing times may depend upon Stripe, your bank or card provider.
